Typically in 3 steps: 1. Initial Consultation (30–60 min): We understand your challenge and assess whether we are the right partner for you. 2. Proposal & Kick-off: You receive a transparent proposal. Upon engagement, we familiarize ourselves with your systems. 3. Ongoing Support: Depending on the agreement, we work on a project basis, on-call, or with a dedicated on-call service.
